Saturday 14th August - Car drive from Llangollen to Crewe / Train journeys from Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly / Manchester Piccadilly to Huddersfield, shower, Car drive from Huddersfield to Morley, night of Chinese Chow Mein and chilling out with the big bro.
Sunday 15th August - Letting the big bro finally get round to cutting my hair :), Train journey from Morley to Huddersfield. Go home and DIE
Friday 20th August - Train journey from Huddersfield to Manchester Piccadilly, book a Travellodge for the night, Bus ride to Chorlton, get rained on whilst making a brilliant first impression with friends, Taxi ride back to Manchester, drinks and booking back out of the Travellodge to stay at a stranger's house (a lovely stranger at that), sleep on a cold mattress minus a duvet before upgrading to a leather sofa.
Saturday 21st August - Nearly throw up in new friend's back garden, sausage roll from Gregg's and sausages, bacon and egg for brekkie, Bus from Chorlton to Manchester Piccadilly, walk around for about three hours, Train journeys from Manchester Piccadilly to Crewe / Crewe to Winsford, sit on someone's front doorstep in the rain like a melon for a good half hour, Taxi from Winsford to Hanley, St Trinian's hen night, no alcohol on account of a job interview the following day at 3.40pm in Huddersfield, fall asleep in the Taxi back to the Winsford at 3.30am.
Sunday 22nd August - Get train times wrong and end up sat in Winsford Station waiting for at least an hour, Train journeys from Winsford to Crewe / Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly / Manchester Piccadilly to Huddersfield, only to find that the potential future boss had cancelled on me due to her being too busy to see me. Never mind. Go home and DIE
Saturday 28th August - Up early, walk down to the Mel's for The O.C. Season 3 boxset :) Car ride into town, Train journeys from Huddersfield to Manchester Piccadilly / Manchester Piccadilly to Crewe, meet Hannah and go to friend's wedding reception, argue with the DJ that he did NOT play Cyndi Lauper's 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' whilst the buffet was open because I would have known and would have danced to it, yadda yadda... Taxi ride to Crewe.
Sunday 29th August - Up early, go to church for the first time in fifteen years, chill out a bit, go to Pizza Hut, go to see Toy Story 3 in 3D *LOVE*, watch Stardust and Much Ado About Nothing, pass out at 10.30pm.
Monday 30th August - Train journeys from Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly / Manchester Piccadilly to Huddersfield. Go home
I wonder what next weekend will bring.
